These terms apply to all Kernels and Cones party machine rentals in Caledon, Brampton, and Peel Region.

1. Deposit & Confirmation

Booking is only confirmed with a deposit or written agreement.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may be subject to a fee.

Client is responsible for safe use of all equipment. Damages caused by misuse may result in repair or replacement costs.

All machines are sanitized before and after each event. Additional cleaning charges may apply for excessive mess.

Kernels and Cones is not liable for any injury or property damage resulting from improper use of rented equipment.

Full payment is due prior to or at the time of equipment delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Service is limited to the areas listed here on our website. Additional fees may apply for locations outside this area.

Outdoor rentals may be rescheduled due to inclement weather at our discretion.

We may use photos from your event for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
